Kentucky open-records access is governed by KRS 61.871, 61.872, 61.876, 61.878, and 61.880. Published sheriff's office fees include $5 for a police report, $0.10 per miscellaneous page, $15 for a photo, audio, or video disc, $15 for a USB, plus postage when needed.
